Proposed Bylaws Changes
The intent of the proposed bylaws changes are to:
- Add the Immediate Past President as a board position
- Change the term for President to 1-year (currently 2-year for President)
- Eliminate a Director position to keep the board an uneven number to avoid tie votes
to review the proposed bylaws changes.
